the location was excellent. i walked to many attractions easily. breakfast was quite good with varied choices. the staff were responsive to my questions.
my room lacked adequate sound insulation. i could hear street noise quite clearly. the minibar was not very well stocked. it only had a few beverages.

The location suited my needs. It was next to the canal. Breakfast had a SUPERB selection. The staff provided recommendations for local spots.
The hotel charged in full for both rooms. There was no waiver of policy BY the desk attendant. The hotel was immediately able to resell the room.

The location was acceptable, placing the hotel near attractions.
The room lacked a proper shower, just a low-level head in the bath. This setup made entering and exiting the bath difficult and washing was challenging. the hotel being quite expensive, these issues should be addressed.
